Thankfully, my mom is doing okay, us on the other hand not so much. With the unemployment rate so insanely high the department of labor actually have designated days when you are supposed to call to file your claim alphabetically, according to last name; so we have not been able to start the unemployment process yet.
If there’s any good in all of this, Little Jay is absolutely THRILLED to have Daddy home 24/7 now! ( And so is his mommy)

I feel so out of the game. I am 22 years old, graduated 4 years ago and I’m on my second year of college ( going for medical assistant) and I’m really out of the loop with technology. I’ve never even held an ipod. Even though my husband has a Playstation 3 and we have a DVD player in the living room, I still have a VHS player. I’ve never blogged before so here it goes. I doubt I’m going to get alot followers –but if i do that’d be awesome!– After reading so many parenting blogs before and always leaving comments I just figured ‘ hey why don’t I try this?’ … so it’s quarter to 5 in the morning and the thunder just woke up my son so now he is in my bed with me, eyes wide open refusing to go back to bed. I’ve tryed alot of tricks to get him not be afraid of the thunder and lightning these past few months but he usually just gets excited while I’m teaching him something then completely forgets what we just went over. I’ve tryed the ” God is bowling ” thing and ya know where that got me? A couple of his plastic bowling pins being thrown at the window from my precious little Angel. yup..

Alright, I admit this wasn’t very good but hey I’m a newbie at this go easy on me however I promise that I’ll work at getting better at this just stick with me! I really would appreciate it !
